Work at Home Customer Service Representatives (Chat / No Calling)

Role Responsibilities: As a Work at Home Chat Agent, you will engage with customers by answering their questions and solving problems through chat or email. Your tasks include clarifying issues, researching answers, exploring alternative solutions, implementing those solutions, and escalating unresolved problems as needed.

Contract Length: Open-ended

Rate: $35 per hour

Skills/Background Needed: You must have a device—whether it’s a phone, tablet, or laptop—that can access social media and website chat features. Independence, the ability to follow instructions precisely, and a reliable internet connection are key. You should be available for at least 10 hours per week.

Hours per Week: Minimum of 10 hours

Location: This is a remote position, open to candidates globally, with a preference for those based in the United States.
