What You Will Be Doing:
- Engage with customers via live chat on Shopify stores and social media platforms, providing prompt and accurate responses to inquiries.
- Assist visitors by providing product information, sales links, and exclusive discounts.
- Manage commonly asked questions with pre-determined responses, tailoring communication to enhance the customer journey.
Contract Length: No fixed term.
Rate: $35 per hour.
Skills/Background Needed:
- Access to a device with internet capability to manage social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop).
- Ability to work autonomously and follow detailed instructions.
- Minimum of 10 hours availability per week required.
- Stable and reliable internet connection is essential.
