Responsibilities:
- Address and resolve customer queries through email and live chat.
- Offer recommendations and solutions that meet customer needs effectively.
- Assist in guiding users through features and functionalities of products via digital communication tools.
Contract Length: Open-ended with no fixed term, providing flexibility to accommodate your availability.
Rate: $35 per hour, depending on experience and effectiveness in role.
Skills/Background Needed:
- Access to and ability to operate social media platforms and website chat functions via Phone, Tablet, or Laptop.
- Strong ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Keen attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Availability to commit to at least 5 hours per week.
Hours Per Week: Flexible, ranging from 5 to 40 hours to suit your schedule.
Location: Fully remote; candidates from the United States are preferred but the position is open to qualified candidates who can work online effectively.
