Remote Chat Support Clerk

We’re on the lookout for proactive individuals to join our team as live chat assistants. In this role, you will be the initial point of contact for our customers, delivering top-notch service and information to both our external and internal members via chat and email.

Role Responsibilities: You will answer incoming chat requests and emails, ensuring that each interaction is handled with precision and empathy. Your goal will be to clarify and fulfill information requests efficiently, setting a high standard for customer engagement.

Contract Length: Open-ended

Rate: $35 per hour

Skills/Background Needed: Candidates must possess a device with internet access and the capability to handle social media and website chat functions (such as a phone, tablet, or laptop). You should be able to work independently, follow instructions carefully, and be available for at least 10 hours per week. A reliable internet connection is also a must.

Hours per Week: Flexible, ranging from 10 to 40 hours per week

Location: This is a remote position, ideally suited for candidates based in the United States, but open to applicants from around the world.
