Live Chat Support Representative

This role focuses on delivering exemplary customer service using online chat tools like Facebook Messenger to assist businesses with customer inquiries.

Roles: As a live chat assistant, you will be responsible for responding to messages on a business’s website or social media accounts. Your tasks will include answering questions, providing sales links, and offering discounts to enhance customer experience and support business goals.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Location: This position is fully remote, open to candidates worldwide, with a preference for those in the United States.

Requirements:

Skills/Background Needed:

  • This is a beginner-level position; full training will be provided.
