Roles: As a Live Chat Assistant, your main task will be to handle live chat communications on a business’s website or social media platforms. You will respond to customer questions, provide sales links, offer discounts, and manage service issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Rate: $35 per hour.
Location: This position is fully remote, ideal for candidates based in the United States but open to qualified applicants worldwide.
