We are currently seeking Customer Success Associates to join our team in a fully remote capacity. In this role, you’ll handle a variety of customer service tasks including addressing complaints, managing emails, and providing solutions via live chat. This position is crucial for maintaining excellent customer relationships and helping users make the most of our products.
Role Responsibilities:
- Manage live chat interactions to resolve customer issues and answer inquiries on a business’s website or social media platforms.
- Assist customers throughout their journey from sales prospects to active users.
- Provide solutions, sales links, and discounts to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain customer databases with high accuracy.
Rate: $35 per hour
Requirements:
- Access to a laptop, phone, or tablet with a reliable internet connection.
- Basic English writing skills.
Skills/Background Needed:
- This is an entry-level position suitable for candidates who are new to live chat roles. Comprehensive training will be provided, so no previous experience in paid live chat work is necessary.
Location: Remote work from anywhere in the United States.
