This role requires no phone calls; all customer interactions are conducted through text on websites and various social media platforms, allowing you to work entirely from the comfort of your own space.
What You Will Be Doing: Your role will involve handling inquiries from customers through live chat interfaces. You’ll assist customers by providing information, resolving issues, and guiding them through purchasing processes. The aim is to elevate customer satisfaction and support their needs effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate clearly and proactively to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Document and escalate user issues where necessary.
- Engage with team managers and clients to refine customer service processes.
Rate: $35 per hour.
Requirements:
- Access to a device with internet capabilities (smartphone, tablet, laptop).
- Strong independent work ethic and meticulous attention to detail.
- Capable of adhering to guidelines and instructions.
- Available to work 5+ hours per week.
Hours per Week: Flexible, ranging from 5 to 40 hours.
