Chat Customer Service Representative

Role Responsibilities: In this position, you will support our clients by addressing all queries and concerns via live chat and email. You’ll use tools like Facebook Messenger to communicate directly with customers, providing responses to their questions, linking to sales opportunities, and offering discounts—all from the comfort of your home or any remote location.

Contract Length: Open-ended

Rate: $35 per hour

Requirements:

  • Access to a laptop, phone, or tablet with a reliable internet connection.
  • Basic English writing skills are essential.

Skills/Background Needed:

  • This role is suitable for beginners. Full training will be provided, so no previous experience in live chat is required.

Location: Remote work available online, with a preference for candidates based in the United States.
