You’ll use tools like Facebook Messenger to communicate directly with customers, providing responses to their questions, linking to sales opportunities, and offering discounts—all from the comfort of your home or any remote location.
Contract Length: Open-ended
Rate: $35 per hour
Requirements:
- Access to a laptop, phone, or tablet with a reliable internet connection.
- Basic English writing skills are essential.
Skills/Background Needed:
- This role is suitable for beginners. Full training will be provided, so no previous experience in live chat is required.
