Remote Customer Support – Live Chat Operator (Entry Level)

Join our team as a Live Chat Operator and play a critical role in providing immediate assistance and support to our customers. This entry-level, fully remote position offers the flexibility to create a schedule that harmonizes with your personal life, allowing you to deliver exceptional customer service without compromise.

What you will be doing: You will address customer queries in real time, offering solutions, product information, and a reassuring presence to ensure a positive service experience. Your role is pivotal in upholding our commitment to excellence in customer support.

Contract length: No fixed term

Rate: $35 per hour

Skills/background needed: Strong communication skills are a must, as is a customer-first approach to interactions. You should be comfortable working independently and have a reliable internet connection. Familiarity with live chat platforms is a plus, but not required.

Hours per week: Flexible; based on your availability

Location: Fully remote, open to candidates preferably in the United States
