Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the initial point of contact for our clients, addressing customer inquiries and resolving concerns through email and live chat.
  • Deliver timely and accurate solutions to a diverse range of customer queries.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Qualifications:

  • While previous customer service experience is preferred, it is not mandatory as we offer comprehensive training.
