Customer Support Specialist (No Phone Calling / Remote / Entry Level)

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Operate as a live chat agent, offering support and solutions to customers in real-time on the company’s website.
  • Manage a variety of inquiries each day, ranging from simple operational questions to more complex issues requiring detailed support.
  • Enjoy the flexibility of setting your own hours, logging in to handle customer interactions during your shift, and logging out with the satisfaction of a job well done—and payment processed daily.

Contract Length: No fixed term.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Skills/Background Needed:

  • Must have access to a device capable of handling social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop).
  • Ability to work independently and maintain high productivity without direct supervision.
  • Strong ability to adhere to detailed instructions and steps for problem-solving.
  • Availability of at least 5 hours per week.
  • Stable and reliable internet connection.

Hours Per Week: Flexible, between 5 to 40 hours per week.

Location: This is a remote position, open to candidates across the globe, with a preference for those in the United States.
