Customer Chat Support Specialist Entry Level

We are looking for Customer Chat Support Specialists for online businesses running ecommerce stores and social media accounts . This role is ideal for those who are proactive, enjoy solving problems, and are capable of providing exceptional customer assistance via chat. Operating fully remotely, this position allows you to connect with customers and address their service-related inquiries effectively and efficiently.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Manage live chat interactions on a business’s website or social media accounts.
  • Respond to customer questions, provide information on products or services, offer sales links, and promote discounts.
  • Handle customer complaints and issues, aiming to resolve them in a timely and satisfactory manner.

Contract Length: No fixed term.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Skills/Background Needed:

  • Must possess a device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop).
  • Ability to work independently and adhere strictly to provided instructions.
  • At least 5 hours of availability each week.
  • Reliable internet connection.

Hours Per Week: Flexible, ranging from 5 to 40 hours per week.

Location: Remote work online, preference for candidates within the United States.
