Overnight Customer Service Representative Live Chat – Remote / No Experience

Are you a night owl with excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service? We are currently seeking an Overnight Customer Service Representative (OCSR) to provide live chat support. This role is crucial for addressing customer needs during the nighttime hours, ensuring that each interaction reflects our commitment to outstanding customer care.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Monitor and manage live chat interactions to resolve customer inquiries on topics such as pricing, refunds, and promotional codes.
  • Provide knowledgeable support and technical assistance, addressing both delivery and product-related queries.
  • Use a dedicated chat application for customer communications, with all necessary training provided swiftly to get you up to speed.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Contract Length: Open-ended

Skills/Background Needed:

  • Must possess a laptop, phone, or tablet capable of accessing social media and website chat functionalities.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
  • Available to work 10-40 hours per week, specifically during overnight hours.

Hours Per Week: Flexible; ranging from 10 to 40 hours based on business needs.

Location: This is a remote position, ideally suited for candidates in the United States but open to qualified candidates worldwide.
