Role Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers via live chat on business websites and social media platforms, providing support and selling advice.
- Handle inquiries ranging from product details, styling tips, and sales transactions to support-related questions from both new and existing customers.
- Utilize your knowledge of luxury fashion to enhance customer interaction and satisfaction.
Rate: $35 per hour
Contract Length: Open-ended
Requirements:
- Access to a device capable of using social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop).
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately.
- A minimum of 10 hours available per week.
Skills/Background Needed:
- This is an entry-level position, so no prior experience in chat support is necessary. Full training will be provided.
- A strong interest in digital sales and luxury fashion will be beneficial.
