Role Responsibilities:
- Manage live chat interactions to address customer inquiries and support needs.
- Handle data entry tasks related to sales orders, quality issues, and service claims.
- Create shipping labels and manage sales and marketing sample orders.
- Log in at the beginning of your shift, address customer messages effectively, and log out at the end of your shift with daily pay.
Contract Length: Open-ended
Rate: $35 per hour
Skills/Background Needed:
- Access to a device with social media and website chat functionalities (phone, tablet, or laptop).
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions precisely.
- Availability for at least 5 hours per week.
- A reliable internet connection.
Hours per Week: Flexible, ranging from 5 to 40 hours per week.
Location: This position is fully remote, open worldwide with a preference for candidates in the United States.
