Customer Care Chat Representative (Fully Remote)

Join our team as a Customer Care Representative and become the essential link between our stakeholders and the information they need regarding our health plans. Your role will involve providing timely and accurate responses to inquiries from current and prospective members, healthcare providers, and internal customers, all through live chat.

Role Responsibilities: As a Customer Care Chat Representative, you will manage incoming queries via live chat on our business’s websites and social media accounts. Your day-to-day tasks will include addressing support questions from existing customers and responding to inquiries from potential new customers.

Contract Length: Open-ended

Rate: $35 per hour

Skills/Background Needed: You should have a device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop). The ability to work independently, follow detailed instructions, and maintain availability of at least 10 hours per week are crucial. A reliable internet connection is also required.

Hours per Week: Flexible, starting at 10 hours per week

Location: This remote position is open to candidates globally, with a preference for those based in the United States.
