Role Responsibilities: As a Chat Assistant, you’ll collaborate with our Customer Success Manager on various projects. Your day-to-day tasks will involve engaging directly with users via live chat, providing support, and implementing new solutions to enhance customer interactions.
Contract Length: Open-ended
Rate: $35 per hour
Skills/Background Needed: Candidates should have access to a device capable of managing social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop). You should be able to work independently, follow instructions carefully, and be available for at least 5 hours per week. A stable internet connection is essential.
Hours per Week: Flexible, ranging from 5 to 40 hours per week
Location: This is a remote position, ideally suited for candidates based in India, but open to applicants from all over the world.
